A CHILD CAN NOT BE ENROLLED IN A CLASS PRIOR TO RECEIPT OF PAYMENT AND A SIGNED ENROLLMENT FORM.

Tuition & Fees may be paid by cash, check, Visa,  MasterCard or Discover.  Payments will be credited the day they are received, not the date appearing on the check or the date of the postmark on the envelope.  There is a $25.00 fee for

 

Tuition & Fees may be paid by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.  Please make checks payable to “Flippers Gymnastics Center.”  There is a $30.00 fee for all returned checks. Payments are credited on the day they are received.

Classes Classes are scheduled in 8-weeks sessions.  Members making full payment at least 2-weeks prior to the first week of an up-coming session (excluding weeks when facility is closed for Summer & Winter Break), will receive a $5.00 discount off their session fees (only applies to full session payments).  Members making full payment thereafter receive the single payment rate.  Members can also elect to make their tuition payment in 2 installments, the first 1/2 is due the 1st week of the session and the remaining 1/2 is due the 5th week of the session.  Installment payments include a $5.00 service charge with each payment.  We will prorate the session for members joining after the start of a session.

Team and Developmental Programs – Team and Developmental Program payments are due prior to the 1st  of each month.  A late payment fee of $5.00 will be applied to payments received after the 7th of each month.  In addition, Team members are required to pay  Booster Fees and to participate fund raiser (see Team contract for details)

Private Lessons -  Private lessons available by appointment only.  Please contact the front office to arrange a private lesson. Any “No-Shows” will be charged full private lesson amount.

Annual Enrollment Fee - This is an annual fee due upon enrollment in any class, program or activity.  This fee is not included in the class fee.  The enrollment fee is $35 per person annually, $30 for each additional family member annually.   

Family / Multiple Class Discount— Enroll a second family member during the same session and receive a 5% discount on any class.  Each additional family member thereafter enrolled in the same session will receive a 10% discount on any class.  Discounts are applied to the lowest session fee and only apply to full session payments.

Pay-As-You-Come — Flippers offers 1 hour, “pay-as-you-come classes,” including Play Date and Open Gym.  Blocks of sessions can be purchased at a discount and expire 6-months from date of purchase.

Birthday Parties— $165.00 for members; $185.00 for non-members up to 15-children.  Add $10.00/ child for parties over 15-children.

Text Box: MISSED CLASSES MUST BE MADE UP DURING THE SAME SESSION.  ALL MAKE UP CLASSES MUST BE SCHEDULED 24-HOURS IN ADVANCE THROUGH THE FRONT OFFICE.
FOR MISSED CLASS DURING THE LAST WEEK OF THE SESSION, CONSIDERATION WILL BE GIVEN TO EXTEND THE MAKE UP PERIOD TO THE BEGINNING OF THE FOLLOWING SESSION (PLEASE INQUIRE AT OFFICE FOR APPROVAL).
YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A FINANCIAL CREDIT FOR MISSED CLASSES.  ALL MAKE UP CLASSES MUST BE SCHEDULED THROUGH THE FRONT OFFICE.
